He hit the girl on the head THREE times. She clung to me out of fear. Then B.Uchralsaikhan told the girl to come closer and put his hand inside her blanket. He then started stroking her belly. The girl was wearing only undergarments and shorts. The shorts had a drawstring. B.Uchralsaikhan could not take off the girl's shorts only because of that. None of us knew at the time that B.Uchralsaikhan had touched her inappropriately. Later, when we were talking amongst our team, the girl told us exactly what B.Uchralsaikhan had done.

45 days ago, we exposed how Uchralsaikhan Buuveibaatar, the manager of the U15 Women’s national team of the Mongolian Football Federation, had beaten and attempted to rape the 15-year-old players during the EAFF U-15 Girls’ Football Festival in South Korea.

After the broadcast of our program, the 15-year-old girls of the National team confessed to their parents that B.Uchralsaikhan had also sexually harassed them during their training in Japan. And so, we present to you a special episode, titled “After the broadcast.”

EVIDENCE 1

WHY DID B.UCHRALSAIKHAN MAKE A 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL STAY BEHIND?

In the evening after the first match, B.Uchralsaikhan told us that he would give us a MASSAGE. So, some of us went to the doctor’s office, while the others went to B.Uchralsaikhan’s room. Then B.Uchralsaikhan sent away the OVERWEIGHT and TALL girls and instructed them to get a massage from the doctor. He told them that he couldn’t give them a massage as his hands were hurting. Yet, he made the skinny and pretty girls stay in his room.

He told the first girl in line to stay and wait. Then he gave the other girls a quick massage for 2-3 minutes. B.Uchralsaikhan made the first girl wait the whole time and then ORDERED HER TO STAY BEHIND. To the rest of the girls, he said, “Get out, what are you still doing here?” We got scared and left the room.

Then over an hour passed, but the girl still didn’t come out of the manager’s room. She was in there for a very long time. We were so SCARED. All of us are supposed to hand over our mobile phones to manager B.Uchralsaikhan every night at 10.00 pm. Worried for the girl, we collected all of our phones by 9.00 pm, knocked on B.Uchralsaikhan’s door and entered his room. The girl was lying on his bed, and he had apparently given her a massage even on her head. When we asked the girl why she had taken so long, she said, “I fell asleep during the massage.” With that, the girl came out of his room.

B.Uchralsaikhan made one of the girls from our team stay behind with him in his room. I got a massage from our doctor that night. But we all started to worry when that girl didn’t come out of B.Uchralsaikhan’s room for a long time. The girls were saying to each other, “Hey, our teammate is STILL NOT BACK. Why is B.Uchralsaikhan making her stay in his room for so long?” So we deliberately collected our phones an hour earlier than usual and took them to B.Uchralsaikhan. Once in his room, we saw that our teammate was sleeping on B.Uchralsaikhan’s BED. When we informed him that we have collected our phones and asked him where Dolgorsuren from our team was, he told us that she was sleeping. Then he quietly said, “DOLGORSUREN, WAKE UP.”

WHAT DID B.UCHRALSAIKHAN DO ON THE NIGHT OF AUGUST 8, 2019?

After lunch on August 8, 2019, B.Uchralsaikhan held an emergency meeting with the girls of the national team and told them, “I have a date tonight.”

He left Mokpo International Football Center with two Korean guide women. He then returned around 2.00 am completely drunk and entered the girls’ room.

The things he did when he entered room No.310 is documented in the diary of U15 National team’s player Dolgor Dambadarjaa.

The night of August 8, 2019

B.Uchralsaikhan tried to open the door of Room 310 several times. At that time, he said, “I know many girls want this door to open.”

After coming in, he started looking for food. Then he hit Dolgor’s head. Next, he touched Dulmaa’s leg and took off Lhamdulam’s socks.

He then turned to Suren and said, “Take off your socks,” while swearing at her. After that, he started stroking Suren's soles.

After a while, he said, “I’m fucking stupid bitch,” and hit Doljin in the forehead three times.

He HIT the girl’s head THREE times, very hardly. She clung to me out of fear. Then B.Uchralsaikhan told the girl to come closer and put his hand inside her blanket. He started stroking her belly. The girl was wearing only undergarments and shorts. The shorts had a drawstring. B.Uchralsaikhan could not take off the girl's shorts only because of that.

-B.Uchralsaikhan said to Doljin, “Come closer and lie down on your pillow,” then lifted her blanket and began to touch her body without permission. The two guide women saw this through the open door and came in.

EVIDENCE 3

B.UCHRALSAIKHAN SEXUALLY HARRASSED TWO GIRLS OF THE NATIONAL TEAM DURING TRAINING IN JAPAN

From July 1 through July 11, 2019, the U15 Women’s national team of the Mongolian Football Federation trained in Japan, together with their Japanese coach. During that time, B.Uchralsaikhan entered the room of two players. The girls of the team said that he would always get involved in their personal affairs. Previous managers have never done that. But, B.Uchralsaikhan would even assign the rooms for the girls and interfered with all their matters. While staying in Japan, he entered the room of two girls who play as defenders, and asked, “HAVE YOU EVER SLEPT WITH SOMEONE? SHOW ME YOUR BELLY BUTTON. I WANT TO SEE IT.”

These are the actions of only Uchralsaikhan Buuveibaatar, who worked as a team manager for the Mongolian Football Federation. We don't know how many more criminals are working in the Football Federation, whose names and crimes have not been exposed yet.

When it was revealed, that team manager B.Uchralsaikhan had repeatedly abused the 15-year-old girls of the national team sexually, physically and emotionally, the leaders of the Mongolian Football Federation failed to take immediate action to prevent such problems from arising again.

It is shameful that they were instead trying to appear innocent and protect their positions.

Statement by Kh.Azjargal, Vice President of Mongolian Football Federation

Letter of dismissal, stating that B.Uchralsaikhan had voluntarily resigned

AFTER THE BROADCAST

Azjargal Khashbat, Vice President of Mongolian Football Federation, released an official statement on December 13, 2019, the day after the broadcast of our first episode.

The statement read, “As soon as I received the letter from Mrs. Kawamoto Naoko, I forwarded it to the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Federation. On August 26, 2019, B.Uchralsaikhan was relieved of his post by the order of U.Shijir, General Secretary of Mongolian Football Federation. The employee who had committed the misconduct was immediately held accountable and dismissed. I will take a firm stand against any violence that violates women’s rights and protect female players’ rights and interests.

 -Hello everyone. Thank you. What a terrific name you gave me. “Iron Lady.”

Unfortunately, the statement of this self-proclaimed Iron Lady of the Mongolian Football Federation was full of lies.

First,

Kh.Azjargal claims that as soon as she received the letter from Head Coach Kawamoto Naoko, she made sure that B.Uchralsaikhan was relieved of his managerial duties, but that was not the case. We have revealed in our previous episode that B.Uchralsaikhan had continued to work for the Football Federation until November, 2019.

Second,

She claimed that she would work with Mongolian Women’s Association to provide physical and psychological assistance to the girls, who have been sexually abused. But for the last 45 days none of this was put into action.

Third,

To keep her name clean, Kh.Azjargal has called the U15 National team girls to her room one by one, and pressured them to not say anything that is against the Federation to other people.

She told us the Federation had launched an internal investigation into the allegations of sexual harassment. She warned us that we shouldn't talk about the details of our experiences to anyone outside the federation.

Fourth,

The parents of the girls of the national team were not officially informed about the crimes committed by B.Uchralsaikhan in South Korea. No work has been done to uncover the horrific incident and determine the root causes of the problem.

The Japanese coach took responsibility for the children she took to South Korea and informed the Mongolian Football Federation about the horrific incident. She submitted an official complaint about B.Uchralsaikhan’s misconducts to Federation officials. However, we first learned about this letter and that terrible incident only on December 12, through your program. Why didn't the Mongolian Football Federation inform the parents about such unethical acts of the team manager in the past three months? Why didn’t they tell us that the Japanese coach sent them a letter on August 16, exposing B.Uchralsaikhan’s crimes? It’s amazing that they hid the Japanese coach’s letter from us for three months. I think the Federation did this to hide the crimes of manager B.Uchralsaikhan and keep him in his position. They can’t be this unfair. The Football Federation must apologize to our children.

I am very upset. Mongolian Football Federation should have made B.Uchralsaikhan apologize to the girls of the team and tended to their emotional well being. However, they didn’t do any of that and fired B.Uchralsaikhan only recently. Yet, they are sitting there and telling us “We held that person accountable,” and that’s it. I find this woman by the name of Kh.Azjargal very strange. Today, my child is just starting out in life. Having experienced sexual harassment during her adolescence and seeing the person who sexually harassed her not taking any responsibility, what would my daughter think? How will her trust in people and outlook on life change? She will think that she and her teammates are ignored by the Football Federation. She will be left with the misconception that her team manager should not apologize to the girls, who got hurt by him. And that’s not the case with only manager B.Uchralsaikhan. Mongolian Football Federation’s General Secretary U.Shijir and Vice President Kh.Azjargal should all apologize to the player girls.

Fifth,

We don't know why Kh.Azjargal, a woman with no ethics and sense of human rights, became the Vice President of Mongolian Football Federation. But she talked about the reason for her success like this.

That's the way to become successful. I have achieved today’s success because I love what I do and I am loyal to it.

In order to provide balanced information, we have contacted the Mongolian Football Federation and B.Uchralsaikhan, inviting them to our program and giving them a full opportunity to give counter-statements, but they all declined.
